Action Society invites members of the media to attend the assault case of Sivenathi Toto where the trial will continue on Wednesday, 20 November 2024. The Action Society team will not be in attendance but we strongly believe that strong progress will be made during this trial.
Sivenathi was so severely beaten in August 2022 that she suffered brain damage and a stroke that has left her bound to a wheelchair and unable to communicate. Action Society is overseeing her case and will not rest until there is some justice.
