Please note: Action Society can assist in matters related to criminal offences related to violence against women and children, such as rape, sexual offences, murder, culpable homicide, assault and kidnapping. Please note that our investigative capacity is limited, but we are working hard to increase our footprint. You will be required to provide a case number to complete your request.

Unfortunately, Action Society will not be able to assist with the following types of cases as this does not fall within our organisational mandate:

– Criminal cases older than six months

– Cases without a case number

– Divorce assistance

– Domestic violence disputes

– Police brutality cases

Compulsory! Please visit your nearest police station to lay a charge and obtain a case number if you do not have one
