Alfredo April used the few remaining seconds of his life shouting for help as he used his beanie to stem the flow of blood from his neck after a brutal assault. His family demands justice after the case has been postponed numerous times. To add to their frustration, the family is still waiting for feedback from the police. Action Society refuses to tolerate such violence and will assist the man’s family as the two suspected killers will appear before the Malmesbury Magistrate Court on Wednesday.
Two men have been arrested in Alfredo’s murder and Action Society will support the family in court on Wednesday. Alfredo’s mother, Sophia, says her son was a pillar of the community and treated everyone with kindness and respect. He had also recently opened his own salon. Action Society invites the media to attend the case and spread word of this horrific murder to help the family see his killers brought to justice.
