Action Society welcomes positive movement in two ongoing court cases

Action Society welcomes positive movement in two of the three cases we attended in the past week. We managed to bring the case of a raped teenager to closing arguments, and the murder case of Aaliyah Chingy is moving steadily with a pre-trial conference on the horizon.

“Every step, even if it seems like a minor step, is movement and movement creates
momentum. At Action Society it is our role to make progress in these cases and we are pleased with the progress we have made,” said Action Society’s Kaylynn Palm.
